Working Subwoofer Setup?

The JL W3 sub and the alpine amp would be a good set up. I would steer clear of the kenwood amps. They are horribly overrated. The box would be sufficient. But, I have a feeling it will leave you wanting a little more. Look for a ported enclosure that is around 2 cubic feet, tuned to 30 - 35hz. The wiring kit will also be good. And finally, There is really no need for a capacitor.
