Does anyone have a recipe for El Torito's vinaigrette sauce that makes the hot plates sizzle?

When a server brings fajitas, or sizzling enchiladas out to you at El Torito they pour this on the plate to make it sizzle and steam. It is similar to a vinaigrette dressing
