Is Hypothyroidism And Animia "cureable" or "treatable"?

if my levels go up will i be taken off the pill? if it is cureable does it reaccure in most people? plz don't give me the do yoga and herbal pills crap. i am really scared and want to know if it is! i have both Hypothyroidism and Animia plz answer the questions for both.
