What career should i chose?

So right now I'm a freshman in high school. My plans after high school are going to a NROTC college in San Diego.Then go into the NAVY and go to medical school and become an anesthesiologist in the NAVY. Does anyone have any ideas on which other career to chose. My uncle is a doctor and said its really hard going into medical school, so he thinks i should chose nanotechnology as a career,it sounds cool but I'm not sure if it will be a good career in the future. i want a job that pays well nothing less than 70,000 a year if it's possible, any ideas. These are some of the things i enjoy, technology, bionic technology, neurology, astronomy, things that deal with physics and gravity,science,hypnosis, and engineering. Thanks in advance.
