Ok so I'm going to go talk to my manager in a little while anybody have any advise how to get a piont accross?

Ok I work at a clinic and this place is ten times worse than high school (imagine the principal being in the midst of all the drama and only listening to the most twisted and gossipy student there was) this is my job my boss (the site manager) only ever listens to and acts on what she hears from one of our co-workers a older lady who comes in 3 hours early and stays 2 hour late, spyes on everyone even to the piont of taking elavator rides up and down the three floors and just letting the door open so she can make sure everyones here. Its definatly over whelming. The manager has been here for about 2 years and fired over 6 people, 3 of us our now on FMLA to try to ease the stress (I myself who is always in the parking lot 10 minutes early, was written up for the one time I was 4 minutes late) the two previous workers one who quit and one who was fired both went to human resources about the unfair treatment and drama sorounding our boss and this older lady, but they said there was
