What is the best camcorder that has adjustable frame rate (slow motion capture) decent quality, and fish eye?

Also one that has good low light recording, im looking for camcorders that use any of the latest media (harddrive, minDV, flash). as for the fish eye, I mean the ability to attach different lenes such as a fish eye or even a telephoto.
