I have a "Your Valet" DEI RPN471T remote that came with my Durango. What does it do? I have a car alarm, too.

I have a 200 Dodge Durango and it came with a car alarm (lock, unlock, panic) and also a little remote that says "Your Valet" on the front with two ons, I and II, and a green LED light. On the back it says DEI and has a bunch of numbers. How does it work? I know that pressing "I" will make my lights flash. Pressing II doesn't seem to do anything. I I accidently pressed both at the same time and it sounded like it started up my truck but it wasn't on. Like it started it and then turned it off. What was that? Is it a remote car starter?
