Will my doctor give clomid after HSG and Sperm ysis?

I had HSG done two weeks ago and my tubes were open. My husband sperm results we get tommorow. I was wondering after the results are good if they are will he then prescribe the clomid? Is that the normal process. Or will he want to do an laparscopy or Hormone levels????
