We want another baby but would you think of someone with 6 kids as a bit out of control?

I think as long as you're financially able to provide for another child, and you and your husband both want another child, who cares about what others say. If I saw you on the street with all of your children, the first thought that would come to my mind would be "WOW, she has more patience than I do." If other people want to talk, let them talk. As long as you're family is happy, that's all that matters.
