Is there hope for my nephew Rodney?

He used to be really respectful and he was working hard at the Sonic downtown (twice employee of the month!). Then he started to hang out with some bad kids who turned him away from his Bible school and introduced him to pot. Now when we see him someplace he has a spacey look and just laughs in a slow dull way. He lost his job at the Sonic of course. How can I help him? Is it too late?
