I lost my first child to DCF will they take my baby now if I am pregnant?

My daughter is with my mother due to me being a horrible position with my first pregnancy. Ive realized that she is better with my mom where shes at, but I want to know if they will take the baby that i am pregnant with now. Please help! :(
