Fastest way to rank up on Gears of War 2 on live?

Ok i have heard alot of gripping about this dumb TrueSkill ranking system, and how it is almost impossible to rank up. I am only rank one but have been on flip flopping from Execution and Territories. I may need to play wingman a bit more, but on the other 2 types i have been slaying people with the Gnasher Shotgun which i love to two piece with(two piece guide found elsewhere) but i mean i have been playing with sargaents and generals and been getting about 5 more kills than the rest and winning when our team is predicted to lose. I have done it about, 6 times and no rank climb.
