Will this be a pleasant experience?

opinions on weather or not i should add one more narcotic to my daily concoction? so i had some wellbutrin and gr earlier today, after which i decided to add Ritalin to the mix. im feeling fairly doped at the moment but a bit uneasy and ill be honest, deprived. just questioning weather or not to take some paxil or risperidon to put me over the top. what does the world think i should do?
