What breed is this horse?

Ask for a picture of him moving. I would be extremely shocked if it had any friesian in it at all- for that price? Pretty unlikely. He also doesn't have any feathering. Fox trotters can be 'spotted' and many are big boned horses- I've seen a registered 17.1 hand trotter. He doesn't really have the typical friesian head. I also live in arkansas (and am about 3 hours away, kinda creepy). I admit, if I'd looked and he looked friesian I'd have called the guy up and be there tonight or tomorrow morning. However, I, like you don't want to drive that far for a slim chance. But it looks like he's been there for a while. He is gorgeous though, nice build. Pity that mane isn't probably save-able.
