How to dispose of dirt?

We recently uprooted a substantial part of our yard to put in place a raised bed garden. The dirt that we removed is of decent quality, but has a bunch of gr/weeds mixed in. I don't know if anybody is going to want to use it for planting. What kind of places should I look for to dispose of this lump in my yard?
