How do you facebook people on your friends list?

There is this girl who named photos of me: '(name) and her manly features!!!' and on those quiz things it asked her if you had to match (My name) up with someone who is your friend who would it be and she put this other girl. She has been putting mean comments on very unflattering pictures of me that I look very fat in! How can I report her I've tried reporting the photo but it won't let me! What should I do? She's been cyberbullying me
